Our Appeal

It is prayed:

1. That the accused/ respondent (Brig RK Nambiar) be declared as an absconder.
2. That the accused be brought before the law to face legal action for cheating and fraud and under Sec 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.
3. His pension account number 53242010031513 at Gurgaon may be frozen till he surrenders before the Police. His pension paying authority CDA Pension Allahabad may be informed to withhold his pension till the accused reports to the Police.
